We all have an eternal flame which burns within our hearts and waits to dance life with us. It is this sacred space we move through in meditation, drums, dreaming, the medicine wheel and create with Spirit to reveal our inner power and bring it forth into our lives. We will experience many different modalities of artistic expression culminating in a physical art piece or one we carry within ourselves. While creating space of deepening inner knowledge and trust we will share story, silence and creativity bringing ourselves to a place of reflection and integration.

Everyday Spirit is communicating with us; we are moving so fast through our lives that we do not even realize what is being said to us. We will explore our creative side meditating on the land, working with clay and sharing story. Creating continues the following Saturday with cloth and paint culminating in celebration of sharing each others finished pieces.

Each participant will increase their self-knowledge, develop an
awareness of their unique inner creativity, and deepen their spiritual life. We will explore and experience our creativity, and bring it forth in a variety of mediums including writing and art. Each person will learn ways to center themselves spiritually and will be encouraged to live from a strong centered place thereby reducing stress. Participants will be encouraged to create personal sacred space in their homes where they can experience peacefulness, openness, joy and creativity. This includes Introduction-Meditation-Trust, Exploring Creative Play, Empowerment, Power Shields and Celebration-Reflections.

In this class we will explore our dreams, the part of higher selves which come to reveal aspects of ourselves that need attention. These come to us in the night time, as well as day time or day dreaming. We will look at the different types of dreaming, literal, mundane, sensual and feeling, medicine and how do we know which they are. We will start our own dream journals and dictionaries. We will learn different methods
to remembering your dreams and how to work with them. Herbs have been used for centuries to work with dreams, we will look into the different herbs and make dream bundles.
